Your task list can be accessed by clicking the Tasks button at the top of the screen in Accountancy Manager as highlighted below.
Once here, all tasks will be available. There are several options here for viewing tasks.
Filter by Date
Along the right of the screen, you will see a calendar, you can filter the tasks you wish to view between 2 specific dates using the calendar here.
Beside that option you will see the above buttons. The arrows will allow you to sort your tasks in ascending or descending order.
If you click the dropdown beside deadline, you will see the other options available to sort by type of task as shown above.
You can type in search criteria here to show the tasks that fit.
The Advanced Search option is expanded by clicking the dropdown arrow to the right. Here, you can filter your list by Staff, Client Type, Client Status, Service, Progress, Client Manager or Partner. You can also apply multiple filters here.
The New Task button in the top left will allow you to add a new task.
There are also several task-specific options as shown below.
Favourite: The star to the left allows you to favourite the task.
Expand: The drodpown arrow to the left expands the task detail.
Progress: Using the progress dropdown, you can update the progress of your task.
Target Date: If applicable, this will list the task target completion date.
Deadline: This will display the deadline.
Edit: The edit icon to the right allows you to open and edit the task.
Complete: The green tick icon to the right allows you to complete the task - you can also Complete & Notify which notifies the client.
Time Log: The clock icon to the right allows you to create a time log for the task.
