The Bookmarks feature is now available on the Task List page to help you save, organize, and quickly access your filtered task views. This enhancement builds on the existing Bookmarks functionality from the Client List and reporting pages, making it easier to manage your workload by saving your preferred filters for tasks across services, staff members, deadlines, and more.

How to Use the Bookmarks Feature
Accessing Bookmarks
- Find the Bookmarks button at the top right of your Task List page, located between the Bulk actions and Export buttons.
Creating a Bookmark
- Set the filters on your Task List to your preferred settings (e.g., service type, staff member, date range, progress status).
- Click the Bookmarks button.
- Name your bookmark clearly (e.g., "Payroll tasks for Bethany" or "Overdue VAT returns").
- (Optional) Choose to share this bookmark with your entire practice so colleagues can also use it.
- Save the bookmark.
Using a Bookmark
- Click on the Bookmarks button and select one of your saved bookmarks. The Task List will automatically update to show tasks matching the saved filters.
Managing Bookmarks
- Open the Bookmarks menu to view all your saved bookmarks.
