The Task List page now offers a Kanban View alongside the existing list. Toggle between the two at any time using the button on the left side of the toolbar — your preference is saved per session and does not affect other users. The Kanban board displays tasks as cards arranged in columns, with all the filters, sorting, search, and bookmarks you already use in list view working exactly the same way across the board.

Each task card shows the task title, client name, assignee initials, a status dropdown for quick updates, and the deadline date — everything you need to make a decision without opening the full task. Click any card to open the full task details in a side panel. Moving a task between columns is as simple as dragging the card — the column's default status is applied automatically, and the board updates in real time so your whole team always sees the current picture.

The default column structure (To Do, Awaiting Client, Awaiting Staff, In Progress, Complete) is a starting point — you can map your own task statuses to columns, create new columns, set a default status per column, and reorder them to match your workflow. One thing to note: Bulk Actions are not available in Kanban View as drag-and-drop is the primary way to move tasks. Switch back to List View to use bulk operations.
