New Feature
Individual Client Support for BrightClient Users
BrightManager now fully supports Individual Clients for users integrated with BrightClient. You can create Individual Clients — including Self Assessment clients — directly in BrightManager and they will sync automatically into BrightClient, keeping your client data consistent across both products without any duplicate entry or manual reconciliation. Bulk Import has been updated to include Individual Clients, so if you have existing clients who haven't yet been synced across, you can bring them all over in one step. Contact information, addresses, and previous address history all transfer correctly. BrightManager · BrightClient

Action required — BrightClient users
To take advantage of this update, initiate a new Bulk Import from BrightHub → Integrations. This will identify any clients in BrightManager who have not yet been synchronised with BrightClient — including self-assessment clients — and sync them across automatically. Once synced, they will be available across your other connected Bright products.
