With our new Bulk Delete feature, you can now easily remove multiple emails at once from your Outgoing Email Queue. This helps you keep your outgoing emails organised, tidy, and ensures no unwanted or duplicate emails are sent to your clients.

How to Bulk Delete Emails from Outgoing Queue
- Open the Outgoing Email Queue
- From your main dashboard, navigate to the “Email Manager” or the section where your outgoing emails are listed.
- Select Emails to Delete
- Review the emails in your queue. The Client column now displays To, CC, and BCC recipients directly in the queue view you can confirm all intended recipients at a glance before selecting emails for deletion.
- To select emails, either tick the individual checkboxes next to each email or use the “Select All” checkbox at the top if you want to delete all visible emails.
- Bulk Delete
- Once you’ve selected the emails you wish to remove, click on the “Bulk Delete” button (usually found at the top or bottom of your email list).
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Check the selection and confirm you want to delete these emails.
- Confirmation
- The selected emails will be removed from your Outgoing Queue.
- Please note: Deleted emails cannot be recovered, so be sure you want to remove them before confirming.
When Would I Use Bulk Delete?
- If a large batch of emails was accidentally queued for sending.
- You’ve updated your message template and want to remove previously queued emails.
- Clearing failed or duplicate emails from the Outgoing Queue.
- Performing regular maintenance to keep your queue manageable.

Q: Can I recover emails after bulk deleting them?
A: No, once the emails are deleted from the outgoing queue, they cannot be restored. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
Q: Does deleting emails from the queue affect emails already sent?
A: No, only emails still in the outgoing queue (not yet sent) are deleted. Sent emails are not affected.
