Staff name changes:
If the name field is greyed out for an admin, ask the staff member to log in and update it themselves.
Only the staff user can update their own name in Bright Hub
- Log in to Bright Hub using the same credentials as BrightManager.
- Go to Profile/Account by clicking on your user icon at the top and pressing Edit Profile
- Edit your name as needed.
- Save changes.
Admin tips
• If a staff member has left, deactivate their account and invite the replacement as a new member with their own email.
