This Article is a quick guide to explain how to change a clients Portal Login Email.
To change a client's portal login email, follow these steps:
Go to the Client's File.
Scroll to the main or secondary contact section.
Locate the "Portal Login Email" field and update it with the new email address.
Once done, save the changes to the client file.
The client's new login email will now be the updated address.
Please note: if the 'Portal Login Email' Field is Greyed out then this means the Client is not Portal Registered.
