You can connect BrightManager to Zapier using the built-in integration. The key you see in BrightManager is used only to authorize the BrightManager Zapier app. It is not a general-purpose API key and cannot be used to call endpoints outside of Zapier.
How to connect
- In BrightManager, go to Tools > Integrations > Zapier.
- Click Connect (or View) to reveal your BrightManager key/token for Zapier.
- In Zapier, add a new connection for BrightManager and paste this key when prompted.
- Finish the setup of your Zaps in Zapier.Permissions
Only users who have permission to manage integrations can view or generate the Zapier key. If you do not see the Zapier integration or the key, contact a BrightManager admin in your organization. Troubleshooting - If the connection fails, try regenerating the key in Tools > Integrations > Zapier and reconnect in Zapier. Ensure you are connecting the correct BrightManager account/workspace.
