When you integrate with FreeAgent and link up your clients when you make an update to your client's information in FreeAgent then BrightManager will also be updated. A FreeAgent Accountants login is required, this integration will not work with FreeAgent Small Business.
To integrate navigate to Tools > Integrations > FreeAgent > Integrate with FreeAgent, you'll then be taken to the FreeAgent login page where you can add your login details to connect.
The first sync will begin, and once complete you'll be able to view your FreeAgent client list under Tools > Integrations > FreeAgent.
The FreeAgent client will be listed to the left and your BrightManager clients will be listed in the dropdown. BrightManager will attempt to locate a matching client using the data available and provide a percentage score for the match. You can select a client from the dropdown and click Connect to link the client across both systems. You'll then be taken to the FreeAgent tab within the client's file, here you'll have the option to Fix or Ignore differences in data and on this tab you'll be able to view Profit and Loss and the client's tax Timeline. If you choose to Fix any data this will be updated to the client's Client Info tab.
