In BrightManager you can put a note to a Client File as urgent and this will appear for all Staff on the top of the Client File.
Navigate to Clients > Client List.
Go into the Client file you want to add the Note to.
Scroll down to the Internal Section, you will see a field called 'Urgent'.
You can enter what you would like to appear on the file here, for example if you want to place this client on hold you.
Enter you message and update the Client File > Refresh the page and the Note will appear on the top of the Client File.
