Disengagement Letters are a Feature in BrightManager.
If you Navigate to Settings > Templates > Look for the Client Disengagement Section, here is where you will find the 'Client Disengagement Email' Template.
Click on the Edit Pencil to amend the Disengagement letter if needed.
There is text in RED in the Template where you will need to manually add your data instead of the Default text.
Disengage a Client.
To Disengage a Client you will open the Clients File > Select the Remove button on the top right > Select 'Archive (No Longer a Client). You will then see the below pop on your screen > Select Archive & send disengagement letter.
This will bring up the Email that has been automatically sent to your Email Queue.
Common Questions
You can only change the subject line once the email has been added to the email queue. To do this, go to the email queue, locate the email, and select 'Edit' before it is sent
