Step 1 - Select a client from your client list.
Step 2 - Click on Remove along the top
Step 3 - Select an Option
Archive(No longer a client)
Automation will be stopped and current tasks will have a Delete Task button against them. No future tasks will be created.
You cannot Bulk Archive Clients or Prospect Files these need to be done File by File.
Just Delete
This option will delete the Client data of your Account.
You cannot Bulk Delete Clients or Prospect Files, these need to be done File by File.

If you need to view the Client File of a Disengaged Client you will need to go to Clients > No Longer a Client. Here is where you will see a list of Archived Clients simply click on the Client name and the Client File will open.
Please Note, once you have Archived or Deleted a Client File they will no longer have access to the documents in the portal.
Important - To fully delete a client from BrightManager you must contact us to also have them deleted from our backup files.
