IMPORTANT - The registration link included in the proposal email is unique to the main contact, so you should not add other recipients to this email.
Open your prospect's client file by navigating to Client's Prospects or using the search box at the top right of the screen.
On the client file navigate to Main Contact, click Send Proposal Email to preview the proposal:
The list of services and fees will be picked up from the Services Required section on the client file, you can change the fees and VAT settings and edit the subject and body of the email:
If the client is happy with your proposal they click the Online Registration Process link and they will be taken to their Letter of Engagement.
When a contact registers for their portal they will be asked to sign all outstanding Letters of Engagement for client files where they are a contact. So you may wish to reflect this in a single proposal, or send proposals for all client files where they are a contact at the same time.
- If you cannot see the Send Proposal Email button, on the client file navigate to Registration and untick Terms/Signed Registration Fee Paid, click Update Client and refresh the page. This will move this client file from your Client List to your Prospect List.
