The client portal has a few header options.
My Info - The client can update their details and view their terms and conditions
Document Portal - The client can view documents you've uploaded and their Letters of Engagement. They can also upload documents themselves
Deadlines - The client can view the services you're providing them with and their deadlines
Tax Liabilities – The client can view amounts due and payment deadlines if they have been entered
Settings – The client can update their password or set up two factor authentication
To access documents you've uploaded or upload documents your client will need to hover over Documents and select their client file from the drop down list.
To upload a document your client can either drag and drop the file on the upload box or click on the box and search for the document.
When uploading the document notes can be added
If a document is waiting to be e-signed then the client will need to click the red View & Sign button, this will be available at the top of every page on their portal
If the client clicks on Deadlines they will be able to see the deadlines you've entered for them on their client file
If you have entered Tax Liabilities on the client's file, then when your client clicks Tax Liabilities they will be able to see the payment amounts and dates
Under Settings your client can change their password of add Two Factor Authentication to their login.
If your client needs Two Factor Authentication removing from their login they will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org from their portal registered email address to request removal.
