Which Template Applies?
When onboarding a charity client in BrightManager, the appropriate charity engagement letter template will be automatically selected when the Client type is set to "Charity." There is no need to manually choose the template from your manual or document library. The platform uses the client classification to apply the correct LoE template for charities.
How to Assign the Charity Template:
- During the client onboarding process, simply set the Client type to "Charity."
- BrightManager will then assign and apply the charity engagement letter template for you.
Confirmation:
Charity-specific engagement letter templates are available and will be automatically applied for charity clients, ensuring that the terms, disclosures, and sector requirements are covered for both accounts production and audit/independent examination engagements.
Best Practice
- Check that the Client type is set correctly during client setup.
- Review the automatically populated engagement letter for any further customisation or specific schedules relevant to the charity’s jurisdiction and engagement type.
