It is not currently possible to directly update your account’s login email address; however, we do have a workaround for this.
To do this, please navigate to https://hub.brightsg.com and follow the following steps.
When there, please click the Members Section on the left-hand side.
- Press Invite at the top right of the page to Invite the new email you wish to use as a new Member.
- Press Manage against your name and Edit Access, now click in the drop-down box and untick the licences in use and Save.
- Now, Press Manage on the new Member you invited and Edit Access and click the drop-down to apply the licences needed and Save.
- Once this is all set up, please navigate to https://manager.brightsg.com and go into Settings > Staff and use the Reassign User to transfer all tasks, clients and anywhere the old account is allocated to the new member with the email you wish to use.
