BrightManager is pleased to announce the following updates made on our platform.

Release Summary

Due to the latest phase of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA) and the resulting changes to confirmation statements, we are discontinuing the CS01 filing feature within BrightManager. CS01 filings, however, can still be made via our Bright's specialist Company Secretarial solution -
Inform Direct.

What's changing:
The Companies House tab has been updated to reflect these legislative changes:

New Access to Inform Direct
Login to Inform Direct button – Existing Inform Direct subscribers can quickly access the platform to complete their CS01filings
Explore Inform Direct button – Users can learn more about Inform Directs services and evaluate whether they meet their filing needs.

Filing History Table Retained

• Historical filing records remain accessible for review and audit purposes
• Access previous filings in read-only mode to maintain an audit trail
• Records are sorted with the most recent first for easy reference

Why this matters:

• Compliance – These changes ensure alignment with the latest ECCTA requirements
• Specialist solution – Inform Direct is purpose-built for Company Secretarial work, offering more comprehensive tools for CS01filings
• Audit trail maintained – Historical records remain accessible for reference and compliance needs
