BrightManager is pleased to announce the following updates made on our platform.

Release Summary

BrightManager Client Portal users will now have the ability to bulk download documents from the.

Users can choose to download selected documents or download all documents. The user’s download request is then added to a queue system.

Once their download request has been completed, the client will receive a notification in the new
Notification section that has also been added to the Client Portal.

Please note that the bulk download links are valid for 24 hours, after which they expire and the user will need to process another download request.
