BrightManager is pleased to announce the following updates made on our platform.
Release Summary
As early as 2023, numerous users have expressed the need for a robust reporting feature within the system. With many of our competitors offering built-in reporting tools as part of their core features, it has become a key differentiator in the market. To maintain our competitive edge, we’re excited to announce the development of an integrated reporting suite designed to provide both visual and quantitative insights into user data within their accounts.
In addition to enhancing our market position, the new reporting functionality is expected to drive greater engagement with key features of the system, such as time logging, and encourage users to maintain accurate, up to-date data. The release of the reporting suite will be staged, with the first phase being a
closed beta. To show our appreciation for their ongoing input during development, we’ve identified
15 practices that have provided valuable feedback so far. These practices will have exclusive access to the beta version.
The beta will include a new module and two reports, which will be only be accessible to Full Permission users within the selected15 practices.
