You can add a time log to your tasks on BrightManager to log time and invoice for this is chargeable.
To do this, go to Tasks. Find the relevant task and select the clock icon to the right as shown below.
You will get a popup where the details are prefilled according to the Task :
Then click Update and the Time Log will start recording :
You can then click the X to close this popup:
And the timer will continue to count for you:
You can then edit the Time Log. If the Time Log is chargeable then you can enter the hourly rate for this work:
You can also set a staff member's default hourly rate in Settings > Staff > Edit Details and Permissions. You can only set the default chargeable rate on a staff member and cannot set it to a client file directly.
When you're done just click the Time Log to open the pop up again and click Finalise:
