Important: Cleared WIP Cannot Be Reversed
Once Work in Progress (WIP) is cleared in BrightManager, this action cannot be undone or reversed. Please check your selections carefully before proceeding to clear any WIP entries.
What to Do if WIP Is Cleared Accidentally
If WIP has been cleared in error, the only option is to manually re-add these time logs back into the system as chargeable WIP. Make a note of the cleared WIP entries for reference. When you re-enter the time logs and mark them as chargeable, they will be reinstated in the WIP. Once done, you can then delete the original cleared WIP entries to correct your records and maintain accuracy.
