How to access the Profitability report:
- Use the main navigation and open Insights.
- Look for Reports (or the Insights reports list) and select Profitability.
- If your app has a global search, type "Profitability" and launch the report from the result.
If you don’t see the report in Insights:
- Permissions: Ensure your user/role has access to Insights and to financial/profitability reports. Ask an admin to review your permissions or assign a role that includes Insights access.
- Subscription/entitlements: Some plans gate the Insights module. Confirm your plan includes Insights/advanced reporting.
- Filters: If the report opens but looks empty, check the date range, office/department filters, client/staff filters, and that you have access to the underlying data.
