BrightManager is pleased to announce the following updates made on our platform.
Release Summary
We have had a couple of user requesting to reset their clients custom automation to their global automation settings. This release is to give the users the autonomy to this themselves.
A new button has been introduced on the Client file > Automation page.
When this button is clicked a confirmation modal will pop explaining to you that all your automation setting will be reset to their global settings. The custom automation fields in the client file will be set to the following:
- Send To (Custom Email)= Main Contact email
- First Name = Main contact first name
- Days = This will be reset to global automation depending on the service
- Sending On =This will be reset to global automation depending on the service
- Custom Template = This will be reset to global automation depending on the service
