Release Summary
We have received several requests from users for custom subject lines in emails. In response to these requests, we have introduced the option to create custom email subjects for automated email templates.
You can add a custom email subject on the edit page for Custom Automated Email Templates. If a custom subject is provided, it will be used as the email subject when the email is sent; if not, the default subject line will be applied as per the existing process.
