You can send other users on your account messages using the Notification feature.
Click the Notification bell at the top right of the screen and the Notification panel will slide out from the left of the screen.
On this panel click Send Notification and a pop up will appear. In this pop up you can select the following options:
Delay Notification - If you want to delay when your message is sent you can select a time and date here. If you don't delay the message it will be sent immediately.
Notify - Here you can select on or more staff members to send the message to.
Client Related - If your message relates to a specific client then you can select them here and a link to their client file will be included in the Notification.
Notify me when read - If ticked you'll receive a notification when the one you have sent has been read.
Notify me when archived - If ticked you'll receive a Notification when the one you have sent has been archived. Once a Notification has been archived by a user it will no longer appear in their panel.
Urgent (always show) - If ticked the Notification will be urgent, this means when your colleague next loads a page the Notification will show as a red box at the top of their page.
Then just add your subject and your message and hit send, when the message is received a red dot with flash on your colleague's Notification bell to let them know they have a new message..
