Go to Clients > People.
Select the Not Registered on Portal Section.
You can send Registration emails Client by Client or on Bulk.
To send Registration emails Client by Client, find your Client in the List and you will see on the fair right hand side an email button, press this to get a preview of the email that you will be sending them.
If there is no email button and no URL showing then go into this Clients file and make sure they have an email address entered.
When you press the email button, you will get a email preview.
Press Send if you are happy to send the email and this will go into the Email Queue.
If you want to send registration emails on Bulk then when on the Not Registered on Portal Section you will see a button at the top right called 'Email All (portal registration and missing details request)
When you press this button you will see a column and the start of the Client Table appear with tick boxes.
This allows you to Select a group of Clients by Ticking the box, if they have a Tick they will get an email.
Once you have selected the Clients you want select the add Selected to email Queue button.
