You can create a link to a document and include this link in a template or email. This can be useful for adding something like a questionnaire to your Proposal or an attachment to a Template. For GDPR compliance all sensitive documents should only be shared via the Client Portal.
To add the link from GoogleDrive, you will first need to generate it. First open Google Drive and locate the document you want to share. Right-click the document and select Get Link.
Once this is done, open AccountancyManager. Depending on what you are doing with the link, you can navigate to Settings > Templates and then click edit next to the template you want to add the link to. Or you can start drafting the manual email you want to include the link in.
You can add your copied link as a Hyperlink using the icon below in the toolbar of either option.
