BrightManager has a feature for adding Canned Messages - these are useful for storing passages of text you want to use in emails again and again. To create a canned message, go to Settings > Templates.
Click the New Template button in the top right of the screen and select the Canned Message Template option.
The Email template screen will open - you will need to enter a Template Name and then enter the text of your email in the Canned Message section.
On the right of the screen you have options to enable use of the template for all users and dropdown's for Client and Account Variables. The Client Variables are used to pull information in automatically from the Client Info tab on the client file.
Once you are happy with the detail you can click Save Template at the bottom right of the screen. If you would like to view the template before saving, select Preview Template. This will also test if all the variables are coming over correctly.
From saving, you will be able to view this in the Canned Message Templates on the Templates page. If any changes are needed you can click the edit button on the right of the template to update.
You can also delete the template by clicking on the Edit button and then selecting Delete Template on the top right of the edit screen.
