When you turn on the Bookkeeping service this will link to the Accounts Tasks for example you will get the Accounts Tasks and then get a Accounts Bookkeeping Tasks also.
If you want this as its own stand alone task we would recommend not turning on our Default Bookkeeping task and create a Custom Service to Run bookkeeping.
To add a Custom Service navigate to Settings > Account Settings > Services > Custom Services, add the service and click save. Please note the Custom Service cannot have exactly the same name as one of our standard services. Then navigate to the relevant client and under services switch this service on. When you refresh the page you will see a new section on the client's file for this service, and you can set the frequency and a deadline (next Due Date).
Once a deadline has been set a Task will appear on your Task List.
Then you can navigate to Settings > Automation Settings > and you can set a frequency to email your customer to remind them to send you their records. You will need to enter a period end for the automation to work. You can find the template created for the Custom Service Record Request by navigating to Settings > Templates > Automated Record Requesting.
Once the service has been set up you can populate the details on your Letter of Engagement by navigating to Settings > Templates > Terms and LoEs and clicking edit next to the template, your new service will be included towards the bottom of the template.
