Navigate to the client file and scroll down the client info tab and you will see a section for Previous Accountant, here you can send out the Clearance email. You just need to
- Toggle on the Clearance Required
- Add an Accountants Email Address
- Accountant Details
- Send First Clearance Email (if you add today's date the email will generate into the email Queue).
- Select if you want the email to automatically Request Every.
