Client Portal
The client portal has a few options.
My Info - The client can update their business details, view their terms and conditions, or view their letter of engagement
Document Portal - Where the client can upload required documents
To be Completed - Where Custom Forms go for the Clients to complete.
Deadlines - They can view the services that the firm is providing
Tax Liabilities – You can view tax info that has been entered
Settings – You can update your password here
Document Portal
To upload a document you can either drag and drop the file on the upload box or you can click on the box and search for the document you wish to upload.

Once you upload a document you can add any notes you wish by clicking into the notes field and typing.

When you click into the client from your BrightManager, click into the documents section you will be able to see the uploaded file.
You can download this if needs be and you are able to edit this here.
If you need to send a document to the client you use the same process on this screen with the upload box on the right hand side of the screen.
You can request the client to e-sign documents and add any notes.
On the client screen you can see the e-signing status of the document.

Along the top click into Queued and you can see the emails that were generated and sent to the client.
The document Portal is completely GDPR compliant.

“How do I remove an old Clients Registration?”

Please email our support team at brightmanagersupport@brightsg.com and request we remove the registration for this client, we will need the Clients login email address to do this.
"Please can you delete the old account linked to previous accountant so my Client can set up a portal with us?" - Please email our support team at brightmanagersupport@brightsg.com and CC your Client into the Email as they are registered with a Previous Accountant your Client will need to confirm they would like us to delete the old registration for GDPR purposes.
