You will receive Notifications relating to client and task updates, deadlines, exports and emails. It isn't possible to delete a Notification however they can be archived.
To view your Notifications click the bell at the top right of your screen:
A panel will slide out on the left of the page and your last 100 unarchived Notifications are shown here:
Click the Notification to view the details and take action. If you wish to remove the Notification from this panel select Archive:
If you need to undertake some work as a result of the Notification you can click Create Task, this will open a New Task for you, and you can assign this task to yourself or someone else:
You can forward the Notification to another staff member using the Forward button:
If you want to take bulk actions with your Notifications at the top of the panel you can click Manage Notifications. For Example you could archive all of your unarchived Notifications:
To view just your own Notifications click the Filter button:
Then select your name from the Staff dropdown:
Then from the Archive Status dropdown select Unarchived:
You can use the Show option to increase the amount of Notifications shown on screen. You can use the checkbox at the top left of the list to select all, or tick multiple Notification using the checkbox next to the Notification:
Once you have selected your Notifications click Bulk Action at the top right of the screen, and select the action you wish to take:
